Relationship Therapy
Relationships Shouldn't Feel Like the Same Fight on Repeat
You love each other.
So why does it feel like you're having the same argument over and over?
Maybe one of you pursues while the other shuts down.
Maybe every conversation somehow turns into an argument.
Maybe you're both trying your best—but neither of you feels understood.
The problem usually isn't that one person is "the issue."
It's the cycle you've both gotten stuck inside.
You may be experiencing...
Repeating the same arguments without resolution
Feeling emotionally disconnected despite loving each other
Walking on eggshells to avoid conflict
Difficulty communicating without defensiveness or shutting down
Trust issues after betrayal or broken promises
Anxiety or insecurity within the relationship
Life transitions that have changed your relationship
Feeling lonely, even when you're together
Whether you're coming as an individual or as a couple, therapy is about understanding the patterns beneath the conflict—not deciding who's right.
Imagine a Different Kind of Relationship
Imagine disagreements that actually end in understanding.
Feeling like your partner is on your team instead of your opponent.
Feeling safe enough to ask for what you need instead of hoping they'll figure it out.
Knowing how to repair after conflict instead of letting resentment build.
Healthy relationships aren't conflict-free.
They're relationships where both people know how to reconnect.
How We'll Work Together
Much of our work focuses on helping you understand the emotional needs hidden underneath conflict.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we'll identify the negative cycles that keep pulling you apart and replace them with conversations that create safety, closeness, and trust.
If past relationships, betrayal, childhood experiences, or attachment wounds continue to influence your present relationships, EMDR can help those experiences lose their grip.
Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), we'll get curious about the protective parts that criticize, withdraw, avoid conflict, become defensive, or try to keep everyone happy.
My role isn't to tell you who should change.
It's to help you understand yourself and each other well enough that you can make different choices together.
